Unified Field designed and built a highly interactive, self-paced, and self-directed learning environment.Through the training process, expert knowledge and experiences were recreated throughout the organization. This program has provided employees with an opportunity to maximize individual learning styles, and existing knowledge with clear and concise content, in an intuitive and navigable interface design.

Students acquire skills and documentation, which facilitate learning, through courseware, scenario-based simulations and roles plays, chat rooms and bulletin boards. Content is generated for each individual user, according to their personal profile, business requirements, computer literacy, learning style and historical information. The application has significantly reduced classroom-training time and increased retention. All managed by administrators through a central database
