New York Historical Society
Tour the NYHS, easily navigating its vast collections.
Unified Field created a museum-wide digital signage system for the New York Historical Society (NYHS) to improve both the visitor experience and the Society’s ability to highlight its collection. The system provides wayfinding information and maps along with listings of available public programs. Additionally, each signage station displays a stream of artifact images relevant to that location. The underlying technology allows NYHS to create and customize location-based services as well as social media programs. Unified Field developed the project’s media strategy and was responsible for the graphics, programming and implementation.
