Western Union handles a huge number of transactions around the world. At their headquarters and visitors’ centers and they want to reveal how the complex is made simple, which is an art form. We developed several dynamic data visualizations that convey complex information with artistry and beauty, taking the visitor on a data-driven odyssey from the simple interpretation of financial transactions and how funds are moved around the globe. The data visualizations are all rendered live based on information drawn from their databases.
